Not long after the Allies capture Moscow, former minister of mind control, Yuri, goes into hiding. Full of rage and want for revenge, not only on the Allies but his former employer the Soviets, he brings together is own team of elite mind control warriors and technology and begins and new war to take back what he believes he deserves: Earth.

Unlike the previous Command and Conquer games, this expansion to Red Alert 2 allows you to control one of three different factions (the usual Allies and Soviets, as well as Yuri's forces). As both the Allies and Soviets your mission is to take out all of Yuri's military team, as well as the man himself. And, of course, if you take control of Yuri, then you are out for world domination and the end to the Allies and Soviets.
